Simon Hill is in Rustico, one of the most beautiful little fishing villages in Prince Edward Island. It is set on PEI"s North side in the middle of the National Park.
This new, 7 room split level home is at the top of a hill, located at the end of a quiet, beautiful neighbourhood street. It is a 3 minute walk to North Rustico Harbour and a 10 minute walk to North Rustico beach.

The community of Rustico is where The World Famous Fisherman's Wharf is located. Included in the community is a small convenience store, The Old Village Bakery, gas station and other businesses. At the end of the harbour are some gift shops and cafes, The Fisheries Museum, Outside Expeditions, Court Brothers, Dorian Fisheries, Beauty and the Beast Deep Sea Fishing.
North Rustico is on the Blue Heron Coastal Route and is 1 km away from Green Gables Tourist Attractions. The beach at Cavendish National Park is 1 km away as well.
