FROM THE CONFEDERATION BRIDGE:

- Once off the Confederation Bridge take the Trans Canada Highway East for
aprox 50-60 min to Charlottetown.
- Once you go across the North River Causeway you will come to a set of lights
at the top of a small hill. Turn left and drive past the industrial park.
You will take your first left onto the Charlottetown Bypass.
- Follow the Bypass through a number of lights and under an overpass.
There will be four more sets of lights to go through. On the fourth set of
lights you will turn left onto the Hillsborough Bridge. You are now on Rte. 1
East.
- From Charlottetown: After Crossing the Hillsborough Bridge:
You will follow the road for about 15 minutes and turn left at the Road
sign marked Montague/Georgetown which is Rte. 3. (An Ultramar Garage will be on
your right.)
- You will follow the road about 15 minutes until you get to the 4-way
intersection at Poole’s Corner. (The Whim Inn will be on your right and an
Irving Garage on your left.)
Turn to the right towards Montague on to Rte. 4.
- You will go about 1-2 kms up a steep hill with a left hand turning lane.
Take the left hand turning lane onto Brudenell Pt. Road.
- You will go down the Brudenell Pt. Road 4.5 kms. There will be a two storey
yellow house on the right.
- You will pass one dirt driveway on the left. The next drive way on the left
is Delodder Road.
- Turn left onto Delodder Road. This lane is between a large farm field and
along a hedge of trees.
- If you come to a cemetery you have gone too far and must turn around and go
back to your second lane on the right, and turn onto Delodder Road.
- Once on Delodder Road, you will go 1.3 kms. along the field and through the
woods and passing several homes on the shoreline.
- The Brudenell River Escape is #268, and is gray.

- You will follow the road about 15 minutes until you get to the 4-way

FROM THE WOOD ISLANDS FERRY:

- Leaving the ferry loading area head west on Rte. 1 toward Charlottetown,
about 1.5 km take Rte. 315 on right heading toward Montague, passing through
Caledonia, Brooklyn, and Kilmuir.
- This is a country 2 lane road dotted with farms and homesteads along the
way. Follow the road about 15 minutes until it ends and you are forced to
turn left or right. (The liquor store is on the corner.) Turn left towards
Montague.
- Follow this road until you go down a steep hill with a set of stop lights at
the bottom. (There will be an Esso Garage on your left.)
- You will turn left onto main street Montague. You will drive through
Montague and keep on this road, which is Rte. 4, for about 3.5 to
4 kms. (two more sets of lights) You will notice Gillis Drive-
in Restaurant on your right. Keep going you are heading in the right
direction.
- At the top of Belle’s Hill you will notice a right turning lane. Turn right
onto Brudenell Pt. Road. #315. (If you go down the hill or see the Whim Inn, you have gone too far and need to turn around. Go back to the top of the hill, and turn onto Brudenell Pt. Road.)
- You will go down the Brudenell Pt. Road 4.5 kms. There will be a two storey
