This home-away-from-home offers 3000 sq. ft. of spacious living, which is currently being professionally decorated by Second Glance Interiors. The property is centrally located in Eastern P.E.I., approximately 30 minutes from the capital city of Charlottetown.
Guests will enjoy a professionally designed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large dining room table overlooking the scenic view of the waterfront. After a day of enjoying all of what PEI has to offer, there is a large family entertainment room with a fireplace , five large bedrooms, a large screened in deck for those endless evenings and lobster boils, and the most romantic amenity of all, a jacuzzi for two.

To better appreciate the beautiful outdoor sights and sounds that nature has to offer, there are both bicycles and a canoe on site for your use. For those vacationers who like to stay fit as they travel, we also offer free unlimited access to the Atlantic Fitness Center East and pool facility.

A telephone, fax machine, 2 TV's (main level is 27 inch and lower level is 37 inch) both with satellite dish, stereo, DVD, VCR, clothes washer & dryer give you all the amenities of home.
There is high speed internet with wireless capabilities to keep you in touch with home.
The custom designed kitchen, features stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, ceramic cook top, double wall oven, toaster, and coffee maker/grinder. Plus a large refrigerator on lower level.
Fully appointed with pots, pans, all utensils, flatware, baking utensils, and bowls. Everything you'll need to have a comfortable stay.
The five luxury bedrooms comfortably sleep 12+. Linens /bedding/pillows/towels are provided.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
World class golf courses including the Brudenell River Golf Course, Dundarave, and The Links at Crowbush are near by. The Brudenell Provincial Park offers kayak and canoe rentals, as well as horseback riding.
The white sandy beaches of Canada's newest National Park, Greenwich Dunes, is only a 1/2 hour drive away, plus there are many other lovely beaches in the area including the Basin Head and Panmure Island. Deep sea fishing, seal watching tours, and cruises are easily accessible at many of the local harbours and wharfs near by.
Fine dining, various local shows and entertainment, fresh seafood, pottery & craft shops, art galleries, museums, shopping, and biking trails are only a few of the local activities to entertain you.
